Easy and quick beef stir fry meal for two, a perfect meal for those that hate to cook.

Easy Beef Stir Fry

  • 1 lb boneless beef chuck shoulder steak thin cut
  • 1 lb bag sugar snap pea stir fry
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbs minced garlic
  • 3 tbsp PF Changs Teriyaki Sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Cut beef in 1/2 inch strips

  2. add 1 tbsp sesame oil, beef, salt, pepper, and minced garlic to pan and cook to desired doneness. Set aside.

  3. Add the other 1 tbsp of sesame oil and sugar snap pea stir fry to pan and cook until slightly tender.

  4. Add beef back to pan and stir to combine.
  5. Add 3 tbsp of PF Changs teriyaki sauce, stir mix well and simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.
  6. Serve and enjoy.  This recipe will make 4 servings and is great served as leftovers.
